Regenerative
We supply polymers that use hemp, biochar, and other renewable inputs.
Regenerative polymer draws from renewable inputs. The compound is precision-engineered, processed, pelletized, and tested to specification.

What It Is
Renewable inputs, tuned to the same mechanical and regulatory needs as recovered polymer.
BIONIC's regenerative polymer system uses hemp and biochar as primary inputs. Hemp is a fast-growing crop with low input requirements and high yield per acre. As a reinforcement or filler, it contributes stiffness and reduces the petrochemical content of the final compound. Biochar is produced from the controlled combustion of organic matter. It contributes carbon content and improves thermal stability and processability in the compound matrix.
The result is a polymer that performs. The feedstock is the differentiator.
